American Association of Advertising Agencies (4As), Association of National Advertisers (ANA), Arnold Worldwide and Omnicom Group, the ADCOLOR Industry Coalition will enhance programs the recruit and
honor multicultural professionals. New initiatives will focus on underscoring the benefits of strong diversity retention; identify best practices in this area; and facilitating industry-wide
networking among diverse marketing professionals.
