Monster.com has announced the launch of "The Monster Show," a 30-minute program dedicated to career-minded job seekers who refuse to settle for mediocrity. The Monster Show brings the Monster experience into millions of homes across the country and introduces viewers to Monster success stories - job seekers whose lives have been dramatically improved as a result of finding new employment through Monster.com, and employers who have secured the talented professionals that they needed. "Do you get excited to wake up Monday morning to go to work?" "Do you love your job?" "Do you get great benefits?" These are some of the many questions that are posed to jobseekers during the show. With the unemployment rate at an all-time low, job seekers now have the power and freedom to find the job that they can feel passionate about. The Monster Show illustrates to viewers that Monster.com is free, easy-to-use, and jam-packed with tools and resources designed to help people manage their careers or discover new opportunities.

Debuting on Friday, December 1st on The Learning Channel, The Monster Show will air a minimum of 245 times during the month of December on national cable networks and local network affiliates. The show provides step-by-step instructions and walkthroughs on how to navigate the site - from starting a "My Monster" account to building a resume to searching for jobs.
