Outdoor Channel Climbs In Pacific Northwest

The Outdoor Channel, part of an eponymous publicly traded company, said it has received a distribution bump through expanded reach in the Seattle DMA. The network now has carriage on a Comcast digital tier, which it said gives it an extra 400,000 homes. The channel, which features hunting and fishing programming, is in 31.4 million homes, according to Nielsen figures for October. -- David Goetzl
