Long-time Omnicom media vet Steve Grubbs is out as CEO of Omnicom Media Group Entertainment & Sports. According to a report by
Adweek citing a memo from Omnicom Media Group chief Daryl Simm,
Grubbs will leave at the end of the year. Grubbs, who previously was CEO of PHD North America, was a long-time media buyer who rose up through the ranks of Omnicom's BBDO unit.
