A power outage at Nielsen Co.'s data processing facility in Oldsmar, FL, delayed the release of ratings for the days of Monday, Nov. 16th, and Tuesday, Nov. 17th, according to several client and press
notices issued by the TV audience researcher. Nielsen said it expected the data to be processed and released early this morning.
