So much for the recession. WE tv has renewed its original wedding series "Platinum Weddings" for a fourth season, premiering Jan. 3. It will feature 10, half-hour episodes that spotlight brides and
grooms and their over-the-top weddings. This season's wedding guests include Black Eyed Peas' lead singer Fergie (premiere episode) and Baseball Hall-of-Famer Tony Gwynn, whose daughter is a featured
bride Jan 31. In response to the economy, the network says its site will offer video interviews with experts who supply tips and tricks to throwing a platinum wedding on a budget.
