UNICO Launches Outdoor Ad Campaign in New Jersey

Italian-American service organization UNICO will launch an outdoor ad campaign in New Jersey via a partnership with CBS Outdoor, with billboards inviting New Jersey residents to rediscover their Italian heritage.

The effort, aimed at boosting membership in the organization which has more than 130 chapters throughout the United States, also aims to promote Italian heritage, combat negative stereotyping, and work to support charitable, educational, scientific and literary projects. UNICO is both an acronym for "Unity, Neighborliness, Integrity, Charity, and Opportunity" and also the Italian word for "unique."--Karl Greenberg
