TMXinteractive, a provider of TV-style, rich media e-mail campaigns, and
Xpedite, a multimedia messaging company, have
announced a strategic agreement to provide customers with comprehensive email marketing capabilities. The agreement will leverage TMX's creative and streaming capabilities with Xpedite's global
presence and technical expertise. Xpedite has sales offices in 30 locations throughout the United States and 25 international offices. The company's client base includes 50% of the Fortune 500. With
the TMX partnership, Xpedite's messageREACH customers will have access to TV-style communications with video, audio and user interactivity, streamed directly into e-mail messages. The new partnership
comes on the heels of TMX's recently announced national expansion effort, which has seen the company open eight new offices in the continental United States. TMX plans to open its first international
office in London in Q3 2001.
