Ruby Tuesday Launches Sunday Brunch

  • December 9, 2009
After a successful November test of offering Sunday brunch until noon, Ruby Tuesday is continuing the brunch option, and making it available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The brunch is a four-course meal that includes warm, from-scratch biscuits; a choice of yogurt parfait with blackberry topping and crunchy granola or the Fresh Garden Bar; an entrée (choice of Mini-Benedict made with steak, salmon, Southern fried chicken or crab cakes, breakfast quesadilla, steak and eggs, specialty omelets or fruit-filled crepes); and two gourmet mini chocolate chip cookies.

According to a recent NPD Group study, brunch traffic was up 8% during the first eight months of this year compared to the same period in 2008.--Karlene Lukovitz
