Chrysler Brands Assigned To 3 New AORs

  • January 6, 2010
Chrysler Group has named individual advertising agencies to manage the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram Truck brands. The announcement comes as the contract with BBDO Detroit, the company's current agency, ends this January. Now individual agencies will become the creative agency of record for the respective brand: Fallon, a Publicis Groupe agency, will handle Chrysler; Wieden + Kennedy will service Dodge; the Jeep brand has been assigned GlobalHue, an independent Michigan agency agency; and the Ram Truck brand was awarded to The Richards Group. Last month, Chrysler Group named UM the company's new agency of record for media planning and buying, as well as retail advertising trafficking for the Ram Truck, Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep brands in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Meredith Integrated Marketing will manage CRM initiatives for both the U.S. and Canada.
