Chrysler Chooses Agencies For Its 4 Brands

  • January 6, 2010
Chrysler Group has moved assigned four agencies as AOR for its four brands: Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and Dodge Ram. The automaker says the move comes as its contract with BBDO Detroit, the company's current agency, ends this month.

The Chrysler brand gets Minneapolis-based Publicis agency Fallon as AOR. Dodge picked Portland, Ore.-based Wieden + Kennedy, and Jeep, which has been using GlobalHue, based in Southfield, Mich. for its new brand campaign has formalized that relationship. The Ram Truck brand has named Dallas agency The Richards Group as creative AOR.

Chrysler Group will use UM for media planning and buying, as well as retail advertising trafficking for the Ram Truck, Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep brands in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Meredith Integrated Marketing will manage CRM initiatives for both the U.S. and Canada.--Karl Greenberg
