Dow Jones & Co., publisher of The Wall Street Journal, plans to announce nearly 150 additional job cuts today as part of an ongoing effort to slash costs amid a decline in advertising revenues. The
company laid off 16 editorial staff members from The Wall Street Journal on Monday.
