Rite Aid Corp. says it has promoted John T. Standley to CEO, from president/COO. The Camp Hill, Pa.-based drug store chain says current CEO Mary Sammons will continue as chairman. Standley, who
started as EVP at Rite Aid in 1999, left in 2005 to chair Pathmark Stores, and returned to Rite Aid in 2008. --
