Hardee's has added a new menu item, the Double Sausage Egg 'N' Cheese Biscuit.

The sandwich, a "meatier" version of Hardee's standard Sausage and Egg Biscuit, consists of a folded egg, two sausage patties and two slices of American cheese on a "made-from scratch" buttermilk biscuit.

Suggested price is $2.39 alone or $4.09 as part of a small combo meal that includes Hash Rounds and a beverage.--Karlene Lukovitz
