MTV Networks International this morning named Philip Bourchier O'Ferrall senior vice president-digital media. O'Ferrall, who was previously responsible for digital media in the U.K., Ireland,
Australia and New Zealand, will now oversee all of MTV Networks' digital media businesses across all platforms worldwide.
