As reported in AdAge yesterday, Interpublic Group of Cos. said it will lay off an additional 3,500 staffers and close or merge more than 75 facilities. This news comes after second-quarter net income
fell 42%. The job cuts follow the first-half staff reduction of 2,200 people at Interpublic.
