MediaLink Kicks Off Executive Search Practice

Christopher Nutile

MediaLink, the multipurpose consulting firm that stretches from branded entertainment to capitalizing on new media, is launching an executive search practice. And it is hiring a Google executive to oversee it. Christopher Nutile, who oversaw recruiting for Google's agency relations in Canada, will become director of executive search.

Michael Kassan, head of MediaLink, stated that the new practice marks "a natural extension of the counsel we're already providing." Wenda Harris Millard is MediaLink's president-COO and had been a co-CEO at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.

Nutile has had two tenures at Google and also worked in recruiting for Yahoo and Razorfish. Among his posts at Yahoo, he was tasked with human resources for the Latin America operations.

Stated Nutile: "Much has been made of the impact of technology on business communications, but every practitioner knows it's the human beings behind those technologies that determine success or failure." Nutile has worked in staffing for more than 15 years.

MediaLink has operations in New York and Los Angeles and works with various clients, such as Unilever, Microsoft and AT&T.
