statement from Kevin George -- global CMO of Beam Brands and one-time Unilever brand manager -- to the effect that Unilever had not used iTV technology prior to its campaign for Axe's Proximity line
of personal care products in 2008. In fact, Unilever had, and executed its first iTV campaign for Axe in 2005.
