KGB Becomes Bonnaroo Partner

Text-answering service Kgb has signed on as the first texting partner of the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival that took place last weekend.

The company provided the festival's first "Roo Feed," an instantaneous news feed to alert attendees who sign up with artist updates, meet-and-greets, sponsor activities, giveaways and news from the festival and around the world.

In addition, the company waived its 99-cents-per-question fee for festival goers who had questions about logistics around the event, including last-minute hotel accommodations, air fares, shampoo and bathroom stations and places for Internet access.
