Cadillac Offers Premium Care

  • June 23, 2010
Cadillac is rolling out a customer-service program that gives owners of all 2011 models maintenance services for the first four years or 50,000 miles.

The program, called Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance, covers scheduled oil changes, tire rotations, replacement of engine and cabin air filters and a multi-point vehicle inspection.

Kurt McNeil, VP of Cadillac sales and service, said in a statement that the program will build loyalty for dealers by making them invaluable for owners of new Cadillac models. The program launches with the arrival of the 2011 model Cadillacs, including the CTS Coupe, which arrives at U.S. dealerships in late summer, per GM.

The program includes five-year, 100,000-mile Powertrain warranty along with standard 24/7 Roadside Assistance and Courtesy Transportation, and four-year, 50,000-mile vehicle bumper-to-bumper warranty coverage.

The standard one-year OnStar Directions and Connections plan includes Automatic Crash Response, Turn-by-Turn Navigation, Vehicle Diagnostics and Stolen Vehicle Assistance, and Standard XM Radio with a three-month trial.
