The Huffington Post, a news and opinion site, has acquired Pollster.com, a nationally recognized site that does extensive analysis of polls and creates polling averages for political races. The
acquisition complements HuffPost's political and election coverage. Mark Blumenthal, editor and publisher of Pollster.com, will join HuffPost as senior polling editor.
