Forrester Sells AdWatch to Evaliant

Evaliant Media Resources LLC, an international provider of online advertising data, has acquired European online advertising tool Internet AdWatch from Forrester Research. As part of the agreement, Forrester will take a minority equity position in Evaliant as well as a seat on its board of directors. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Clients use Internet AdWatch to track the online marketing efforts of more than 15,000 advertisers across more than 650 UK, French, and German websites. The service's interactive structure encourages collaboration and tailors the results to the needs of each client's business. Internet AdWatch will continue to be based in London and will operate as a division of Evaliant.
