MyPoints.com, Inc., a provider of Internet direct marketing and membership services, announced a marketing agreement with FTD.COM, an Internet and telephone marketer of flowers and specialty gifts.
Under the terms of the agreement, MyPoints.com will utilize its targeted marketing products to promote FTD.COM products and programs to the more than 10 million MyPoints members. In addition, the
agreement provides FTD.COM with the opportunity to build brand loyalty and increase online sales through the use of MyPoints.com marketing tools. The agreement builds upon several successful MyPoints
campaigns for FTD.COM, including Mother's Day and Valentine's Day promotions. -- Adam Bernard
