'Wall Street Journal' Names New Veep Of Digital Sales

The Wall Street Journal on Wednesday announced the promotion of Mark Fishkin as VP of digital sales and marketing. In his new role, he will be expected to oversee ad sales management and strategy for The Wall Street Journal Digital Network, and will be responsible for delivering ad sales targets globally across the company's online and mobile properties. Fishkin has served as executive director of digital solutions since January of 2008.

He will retain management of the digital solutions group in his expanded role, including sales development, advertising production and design. The Wall Street Journal Digital Network comprises the flagship WSJ.com, MarketWatch.com, Barrons.com, AllThingsD.com and SmartMoney.com. --Gavin O'Malley
