Former RTDNA President Barbara Cochran has been named the Curtis B. Hurley Chair in Public Affairs Journalism at the Missouri School of Journalism, based in Washington. This year, Cochran stepped down
after 12 years heading RTNDA. Before that, she worked at
The Washington Star, NPR and NBC News.
