New CENTRIS Report Deals With DMA's

CENTRIS is about to publish their latest report entitled “DMA & Regional Communications, Entertainment & Technology Profiles.” The report is based on nearly 50,000 interviews conducted over a period of one year. Some of the key findings include: Broadband penetration in the Top Ten markets is more than twice that in those ranked 100 or lower; Pay TV Penetration in New York, the #1 market, is three times that in Minneapolis/St Paul, which is the lowest penetrated among the Top 25 markets; and Among the Top 25 DMAs, Houston has the highest ratio of DBS households to cable homes, while New York and Philadelphia have the lowest. -- Adam Bernard
