Yahoo! Inc. and Citadel Broadcasting Company, an operator of radio stations in mid-sized markets throughout the U.S., announced an agreement to nationally broadcast Citadel's 140 radio stations on
Yahoo! Radio, bringing the total number of affiliates streamed by Yahoo! Radio to more than 450 nationwide. The agreement also deploys Yahoo!'s proprietary in-stream
advertising technology to allow online ads to be inserted over the stations' local advertisements.
