Alasdair Stewart Returns To Bentley Motors

Bentley Motors has appointed Alasdair Stewart the new Board Member for Sales and Marketing. Stewart rejoins Bentley after six years absence, during which he undertook roles within both the Volkswagen Group and, most recently, as Board Member for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service for Bugatti based in Molsheim, France. He succeeds Stuart McCullough, who has left the business by mutual consent.

Stewart joined Rolls Royce Bentley Motor Cars in 1994, following an early career in the automotive sector which included time with Toyota. He became regional director for Bentley North America between 1998 and 2004, then returned to Europe, assuming responsibility for marketing strategy for the luxury brands within the VW Group before moving to Bugatti in September 2005.

Stewart will oversee all the Company's sales and marketing activities including marketing, branded goods and global sales and after-sales including relations with Bentley's global dealer network.
