R/GA has hired Antony Parchment as group director, production. He will manage the shop's Verizon Telecom account, including site development and online advertising. Previously, Parchment was vice
president/director, Internet solutions technology for Digitas Boston. Prior to Digitas, Parchment worked at L.L. Bean, handling e-commerce.
