Redbox Celebrates Billionth Rental With Promo

In celebration of its one-billionth movie rental, kiosk DVD rental company Redbox has launched a "Thanks a billion" promotion, which grants users a free one-night movie rental and includes a sweepstakes to win other prizes.

During the promotion, which runs through September, users can retrieve a promotional code through the Internet for the free movie rental, and will be automatically entered to win either a trip to the People's Choice Awards or a Sony home entertainment theater system.
