Discovery Studios, the full-service production studio within Discovery Communications, named Jocelyn Shearer as vice president of footage sales. Shearer is responsible for developing and leading a
sales team to build market share and expand the distribution client base to maximize Discovery's content library. She'll also manage a e-commerce platform designed to exploit the content re-licensing
market. Most recently, Shearer was with National Geographic.
