Starcom; Chris Boothe and Mike Rosen

Starcom elevated agency president Chris Boothe to chief operating officer. In addition, Mike Rosen becomes president/director of activation for the agency, a role in which he will oversee the ad spending of all Starcom clients, including General Motors -- an account he helped transition into Starcom from a sister agency over the past year.
