Bravo has upped David O'Connell to senior vice president, production and operations and appointing Christian McLaughlin to vice president, production. Since joining Bravo as supervising producer in
2004, O'Connell has supervised production for various hits, including "The Real Housewives" franchise and "Top Chef." McLaughlin will oversee the production of "Work of Art: The Next Great Artist" and
"Rocco's Dinner Party," among others.
