Snapfish Spreads Cheer, Wishes

Snapfish by HP is encouraging people to "Spread Some Snappiness."

The Facebook effort encourages users to dedicate a photo of someone special with a personal message on Snapfish's fan page. For every person that shares a photo, the brand will donate $1 to the Make-a-Wish Foundation (up to a maximum $150,000).

In addition, for every photo and message shared by registered Facebook users, they will receive a $5 credit toward any gift on Snapfish.com (limit one per person). The subject of the phot will also receive a $5 credit. The company is also holding a fan vote to pick their favorite picture from all those submitted. The top 10 vote getters will win a year of free pictures.

"A photo captures a moment but continues to live on as the happiness it brings is spread between friends and family," said Barry Herstein, chief marketing officer, Snapfish by HP. "With this campaign, we hope to inspire people to highlight those who made them smile and encourage them to continue spreading their happy moments for years to come, beginning with a gift from Snapfish."
