French advertising giant Havas on Thursday appointed Bob Schmetterer, the head of its Euro RSCG Worldwide division to the post of President and Chief Operating Officer of the group. Schmetterer, an
American, will retain his position as chairman and CEO of New York-headquartered Euro RSCG Worldwide.
