Sportsvision Inc. and Ignite Sports Inc. announced a merger Monday under the name Sportsvision Inc. The companies said the merger and $10 million in new investment will allow the company to develop
interactive TV technologies and other aspects of its business. The company will be based in Chicago with offices in New York and Mountain View, Calif.
