Kaminkow Named First Female CEO, TracyLocke

Beth-Ann-Kaminkow

Beth Ann Kaminkow has broken the glass ceiling at TracyLocke, becoming its first female CEO in its 100-year history.

The Omnicom engagement marketing agency named Kaminkow president, CEO. She succeeds Ron Askew, who will retain his chairman duties, while focusing on the global expansion of the TracyLocke brand.

Kaminkow, previously TL president, COO, will continue to split her time between the Dallas and Wilton, Conn. offices. CFO Stuart Campbell will become COO.

Askew called her "a key architect of TracyLocke's evolution ... "focused on a unique brand-to-retail approach." He credited her expertise in developing talent with creating "a culture of strong entrepreneurial leaders who continue to grow TracyLocke's business."

Kaminkow added that the agency is lauded for its ability to build brands. "For an agency that has been around for almost 100 years," she said, "we have never been more relevant than we are today."
