Klipmart Provides Video To Forbes.com Celebrity 100 List

When a major TV star like Jennifer Aniston tops the Forbes Celebrity 100 List, it should come as no surprise that Forbes.com goes looking for a partner experienced in delivering the full TV experience online.

Last week, Forbes.com renewed its partnership with online video ad solutions provider Klipmart to launch a video component in conjunction with the release of the Forbes Celebrity 100 List, an annual ranking of the world's wealthiest celebrities and a popular feature on the Forbes.com website.

"Using sight, sound, and motion to explain new features of our site has become a great advantage, both from the editorial and sponsorship perspectives. Klipmart provides us with the ability to achieve our objectives quickly and simply," commented Bill Flatley, Vice President and Chief Advertising Officer of Forbes.com.

The ad unit is the third in a series of Klipmart/Forbes.com video campaigns, all of which have featured an Editorial clip shot by Forbes.com exclusively for the Internet. The video portion of the ad unit captures Peter Kafka, a Forbes staff writer of Forbes, introducing users to the online version of the Celebrity 100 List. The 15-second video introduction is an enhancement to the Forbes list.

With Klipmart, Forbes.com was able to incorporate editorial information, corporate sponsorships, and multiple rich media formats - all within one ad unit.

Chris Young, CEO of Klipmart Corporation, said he expects to see many more video campaigns like it in the near future. "Forbes.com provides creative marketing and advertising solutions to its clients, and I look forward to exploring new ways in which Klipmart can support Forbes.com and their clients needs and goals."
