Crown Media Networks -- the umbrella division housing Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel -- announced the promotion of Tara Tzirlin to vice president, consumer marketing. She will continue
to be based in the networks' Los Angeles office. Prior to joining Crown Media, Tzirlin served in various marketing positions at Viacom-owned cable networks.
