Kelley To R/GA, Leads Walmart Account

Arnold Worldwide digital executive Troy Kelley has joined digital agency R/GA in the new position of vice president, managing director, client services. He will lead the Interpublic shop's Walmart business. At Arnold, a Havas agency, Kelley had been executive vice president and chief digital officer.

Last month, Arnold hired former Modernista! president Matt Howell as managing partner, global chief digital officer. At the time, Howell brought along seven other digital staffers from Modernista!, including directors of social media and user experience. Last fall, to enhance its digital capacities, Arnold brought on board R/GA'S Steve Caputo as vice president, creative director.

At R/GA, Kelley will report to Dawn Winchester, R/GA's executive vice president, chief marketing services officer.

Kelley created Arnold's social media and mobile offerings and helped integrate them with strategic planning and analytics. He also managed the CVS/Pharmacy and Progressive Insurance digital teams, and led digital advertising, media, eCRM, and e-commerce engagements for Hershey's, McDonald's, Ocean Spray and Fidelity Investments.
