Viacom just announced that long-time MTV exec Judy McGrath has resigned as Chairman and CEO of its MTV Networks division. Details surrounding here departure were not disclosed. McGrath, who began her
career with the company as a copywriter at MTV in 1981, was named Chairman and CEO of MTV Networks in July 2004. The company said that a successor would not be named.
