Dunnhumby Ltd., a London-based retail marketing specialist, has acquired Boston-based social marketing shop BzzAgent Inc. Terms were not disclosed, but BzzAgent Founder & CEO Dave Balter will remain
in that role, reporting to dunnhumby CEO Simon Hay.
