In the new position, Darragh will be responsible for expanding GMA's international program by defining and executing a global policy and advocacy strategy integrated with GMA's strategic plan.
Darrah has been serving as EVP, international affairs at Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), leading that organization's international regulatory and policy advocacy operations.
Previously, he has served in executive positions at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers Association and in federal government agencies, and as director for global issues and multilateral affairs at the White House.
