Stuff Magazine has expanded its brand with the creation of Stuff Gamer, a stand-alone gaming title that will debut in October. The magazine will be sponsored exclusively by the Nokia N-Gage mobile
game deck. According to a company press release, Stuff Gamer is intended for video-game aficionados who have little interest in technical jargon and cheat codes. "The magazine will cut straight to the
point, giving hardcore gamers the depth of information they need," the company said in the release. Simon Munk, Stuff's video game writer and a member of Maxim's 1995 U.K. launch team, will serve as
the new title's editor-in-chief. The company has not announced whether Stuff Gamer will appear regularly in the future.
