R/GA named Russell Davies as head of planning for its London office. Davies will be responsible for growing the strategic relationships with R/GA's clients. Davies joins the London office after recent
senior planning appointments by R/GA in its Singapore and São Paulo offices. Davies joins R/GA London from Ogilvy, where he served as head of planning for EMEA.
