Oxygen Media promoted Jennifer Kavanagh to senior vice president, Digital. She will oversee the network's digital and social platforms, including mobile, apps, interactive TV, gaming and content
distribution. Before joining Oxygen in 2006, Kavanagh was director of client services at NETexponent.
