Daytime soaps "All My Children" and "One Live To Live" are ending their TV run, but they are getting a new lease on life on the Internet, notes
The Wrap. In a multi-year, multiplatform deal,
ABC has licensed the soaps to Prospect Park, the production company responsible for USA Network's "Royal Pains." Propsect Park wants to make new episodes of the shows -- part of a new online network,
keeping the soaps' length and format. ABC says "All My Children" ends Sept. 23, while "One Life to Live" ends its TV run in January.
