A story which appeared in the July 6 issue of Media Daily News, titled "Radio Ups Reach By 2 Million Listeners," mistakenly combined statistics from Arbitron's RADAR reports for all radio and network
radio. The correct statistics for all radio listening show an increase from 239,493,000 weekly listeners ages 12+ in the June 2010 report to 241,468,000 in the June 2011 report. Overall reach among
this part of the population remained stable at 93.1%. The audience size among adults 18-34 increased 350,000 to roughly 66.5 million, for 93.6% reach. MediaPost regrets the error.
