Alec Gerster, chief executive officer of Initiative Media Worldwide announced that David Ernst has been promoted to executive vice president, director of Futures & Technologies. Ernst previously held
the position of senior vice president, director of IM Solutions. In his new role, Initiative will leverage Ernst's broad research experience analyzing consumer interactions with all forms of media.
Ernst will lead the company's research team in the development and deployment of proprietary research initiatives.
