Group, a provider of recruitment communications and staffing solutions. Job seekers chose HotJobs as the winner of "Best Overall Job Board" award, the Best Customer Service award went to
CareerBuilder.com, and Monster.com was voted the most "Job Seeker Friendly" site. Over 8,000 users, job seekers and recruiters voted during a 12-month period at the
website to select the 2003 winners.
